Terms and Conditions

Please note: all people who use/purchase from Refined Glassworks automatically agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
01. Refunding Artworks
Client will be contacted by Refined Glassworks upon delivery to confirm safe arrival and approval or received artworks. Client has 10 days after shipment has been declared as delivered by shipping company to a request refund. Returns voided after customer approves of artwork even if it is within the 10 day period.
Artwork(s) eligible for a refund must be:
Client is responsible for proper packing of the artwork(s) if making a return (packing guidance provided if requested).
Client is responsible for shipping costs on returns and will be provided a mailing label by Refined Glassworks once costs have been paid.
Custom commissions are non-refundable.
Client subject to repair fees if artwork is damaged on return shipping due to improperly packed art. Proper packing is determined by the shipping company. Fee amount depends on level of damage to the artwork. Completely destroyed art will only receive a 50% refund if the damaged is due to improper packing or not insured by courier.
Items sent back without having a return request approved by Refined Glassworks will not be accepted or refunded.
To begin a refund please reach out to info@refinedglassworks.com If accepted we will provide you with a shipping label (after shipping cost has been paid) as well as instructions on packing the art and how to ship it.
02. Damaged in Shipping
Client is responsible for inspecting the artwork for damage once received. Any defects or damaged must be reported immediately.
Delaying to report damage after confirmation or beyond the 10 day return policy will result in no refund in most cases.
Artwork damaged during shipping to the customer will be dealt with by Refined Glassworks. If the piece is non-repairable the client will be given the option of getting a replacement that resembles the initial piece or a full refund on the order.
Art that is damaged but deemed repairable by Refined Glassworks is subject to either a free repair (as well as covering the cost to ship to and from the client) or receive a similar replacement piece once the damaged piece has been returned.
02. Shipping Rebates
Once a client receives their order they will be emailed with the discount code and current balance.
Discounts can be redeemed at the checkout on future purchases.
New rebates are automatically combined with your existing rebates
Rebates are not given on orders that have been returned.
Rebates can't be applied to shipping costs on purchases.
Rebates are one time use.
Only one rebate can be used per order.
Rebates can cover up to 99% of the total cost (not including shipping)
Rebates exceeding the shopping cart total cannot be proceed. You can request to split or your balance by emailing us through our contact page.

03. Order Processing and Shipping Costs
Order Processing
Typical domestic processing time on all standard orders is between 2-5 business days.
Typical processing time on international orders is between 5-7 business days.
Custom commissions are subject to longer processing time depending on the complexity and size of the order.
Processing time does not include the time a package spends in transit.
Customer(s) will be contacted directly by email or phone call if their package experiences any significant delays.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays except for special circumstances.
Fulfillment times may be delayed during times of high order volume.
Shipping Charges
Domestic shipping charges will be calculated and added to the final price at checkout.
International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Prices are dependent on the region the package is sent to.
White Glove Delivery will need additional time after purchase to proper quote client. If the client does not want to pay for white glove shipping they will have the option to either refund their order or change shipping type if applicable.
04. Intellectual Rights
Refined Glassworks and all Artist represented retain all rights to use the images and videos of their work without restriction even after purchase indefinitely.
This includes the use of videos and images for promotional material, merchandise, etc.
05. Scope of Liability
In no event shall Refined Glassworks or represented Artists be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of its art or services, including but not limited to lost profits, property damage, personal damage or business interruption, regardless of whether Refined Glassworks was aware of the possibility of such damages, and the total liability of Refined Glassworks to the Client for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the product or services rendered in the preceding twelve (12) months
