Upon delivery, if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with the artwork(s) recieved. You can send them back and we will issue a full refund minus the costs of shipping and handling.

The Art of Delivery
Shipping Rebates
One of the worst parts about online galleries is the added cost of shipping. That is why we give rebates on shipping costs. Rebates are automatically added to the clients account once the order is delivered. Rebates can be redeemed to receive discounts on future purchases.

Collecting and Redeeming Rebates
Once a client receives their order they will be emailed with the discount code and current balance.
Discounts can be redeemed at the checkout on future purchases.
New rebates are automatically combined with your existing rebates.
Rebates only cover up to 99% of the cart total, rebates exceeding that amount won't be proceed and need to be split.
Your rebate balance can be split into smaller discounts upon email request.

Stipulations
Rebates are not given on orders that have been returned.
Rebates can't be applied to shipping costs on purchases.
Rebates are one time use.
Only one rebate can be used per order.
Rebates can cover up to 99% of the total cost (not including shipping)
Rebates exceeding the shopping cart total cannot be proceed. You can request to split or your balance by emailing us through our contact page.
Rebate Amounts
Rebate amounts are based on the total cost of shipping.
Rebate Amounts:
$0 - $100 = 60% rebate
$100 - $500 = 50% rebate
$500 - $1,000 = 40% rebate
$1,000 and up = 30% rebate

Each artwork is backed by a Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring that our clients possess original artworks of distinct value. Furthermore, we document every creation and maintain comprehensive records, providing a permanent archive that celebrates the artistry and craftsmanship inherent in each masterpiece.
All certificate holders are subject to additional benefits as listed below.

Priority Service
All exisiting clients will recieve priority service with customer support and any additional transactions.
Discounts
Any repairs or maintenace will recieve discounted costs compared to non-certified artworks.
Artwork Records
Each certificate comes with a special serial code tied to our artwork database. This serial code gives you access to images and information about the artwork. This infomration is available upon request.
